The College of Education's focus is to inspire and develop these called to work with children and youth. The College offers students the opportunity to research and develop skills in this vital ministry.

The purpose of education is to prepare people to fulfill their God-given destinies. Students receive a thorough grounding in the principles and practices of education and children and youth ministries. Working from biblical foundations, they learn to exhibit and multiply a lifestyle of wholeness that will influence children, youth, families, churches and society.

Current areas of focus include:

  • Training new teachers, children's workers, and youth workers
  • Enabling previously trained teachers (educators) to examine their world view and philosophy of education in light of biblical truth and, as a consequence, renew or transform their educational goals, processes and methodology
  • Developing resource materials and curriculum for schools and children's ministries
  • Carrying out educational assessment and consultation
  • Planting schools and children's ministries for the purpose of teacher training and discipleship
